- The reports exist. The answer still takes work.Someone has to bring financial results, book performance and assigned-team evidence together before the management conversation can start.
- A follow-up question starts another round.Understanding why a result changed sends someone back to the underlying reports.
- Different people need different context. The owner needs the agency view; managers and account teams need evidence and priorities within their responsibilities.

$1,600 total initial commitment. The pilot does not renew automatically. Any continuation is presented before the three months end.
Is this the right next step?
Start with the review you want to improve.
The pilot is for owner-led independent P&C agencies whose management picture still has to be assembled by hand from reports, spreadsheets and people.
- Can the review start from shared evidence?Compare financial, book and team performance using consistent definitions and visible reporting periods.
- Can you investigate the next question?Use the Keelridge Assistant for supported questions, then follow its figures back to the evidence.
- Does the context help the team?Try the agreed manager and account-team views in real work. Identify what is useful, unclear or still missing.
The pilot agreement
Agree the scope. Set it up together.
Before accepting payment, we define the supported sources, roles, workspaces and feedback rhythm. The pilot includes implementation, agreed configuration and product support. Bespoke reports, workflows or integrations require a separate scope.

Three months in agency use
Use it in the real review.
Work directly with Keelridge founder John Ranieri through setup and the feedback conversations.
- 01 · KICKOFF
Build the first review.
Map your management questions, validate the agreed reports and history, and confirm who needs each view.
- 02 · MIDPOINT
Examine what is useful.
Review the questions you can answer, the work that still needs manual assembly and how the agreed roles are using Keelridge.
- 03 · CONCLUSION
Decide what comes next.
Review fit, remaining gaps and any continuation proposal. There is no automatic renewal and no obligation to provide a public endorsement.
Agree optional sources before sharing them. Commission statements, acquisition documents and internal operating materials may add useful context where the agreed intake supports them. Optional sources and their data handling are defined in the written pilot scope. Document-grounded Q&A is not available in the current pilot.
Before onboarding
Confirm fit, sources and data handling.
We review your actual reports, agreed roles, security requirements and implementation scope before accepting the agency. Onboarding follows readiness review and a written agreement covering scope, data handling and exit terms.
Commission, profitability and payout figures remain restricted to executive roles. Your AMS and accounting records stay authoritative. The pilot supports management review and human-owned follow-through.

What does the pilot cost?
The three-month pilot costs $1,000 for setup and $200 per month, or $1,600 total. Unlimited users in the agreed roles. No seat fee during the pilot. It does not renew automatically or create a long-term commitment. The written agreement defines the AI usage allowance and hard cap; additional usage pauses unless you approve the stated overage rate and additional amount in writing.
What data is required?
A usable book-of-business export from your AMS and usable income statements or approved accounting reports, whether produced within your AMS or a separate system. Eligibility depends on your actual reports: multiple AMS and accounting systems can be supported when their formats can be mapped and validated before acceptance. All usable history of the supported reports you provide is included. More than two years is useful for trends, but it is not a hard minimum.
Can our team update the review when new reports are ready?
Yes. After setup, authorized agency staff can upload supported reports whenever they are available. Keelridge validates each file, and a person reviews and confirms the update before the relevant views refresh. Source periods remain visible. This is a file-based workflow, not a live connection to your AMS or accounting system.
How is agency data used with AI?
Customer data is not used to train AI models. The Keelridge Assistant investigates supported financial, book and team questions using authorized figures and evidence links, read-only. It does not currently answer from uploaded agency documents. Optional document processing may use a configured frontier AI model. Before records are shared, Keelridge identifies the provider and applicable retention terms in the written pilot data-handling scope.
What feedback do you expect?
Use Keelridge in your agency's real management review and agreed team workflows. Tell us which questions it helps answer and what still needs to be assembled by hand. Attend feedback conversations at kickoff, midpoint and conclusion, and report access or data-quality concerns promptly. No testimonial, public logo, referral or case study is required.
