How it works

Your reports.
One management review.

The management picture should not have to be assembled by hand. Keelridge brings financial, book and team performance together so you can see what changed, investigate the evidence and decide where to focus.

Your systems stay in place. Owners, managers and account teams get the views and context their responsibilities require.

The recurring review

See what changed.
Know what needs attention.

Start with the question you need to answer. Keelridge keeps the relevant evidence ready for the review and the follow-up questions.

REVIEW

Review the agency’s results.

Look at profit and plan alongside retention, book growth and assigned-team performance. Keep each measure's definition and reporting period in view.

SURFACE

Find what deserves a closer look.

Meaningful changes give the review a starting point. Keelridge highlights items that deserve attention while keeping the underlying figures available to inspect.

INVESTIGATE

Ask the next question.

“Are we more profitable, or just generating more revenue?” The Keelridge Assistant retrieves authorized figures in plain English and links the answer to its evidence.

DECIDE

Choose where to focus.

Compare the result with plan, inspect the book behind it, and consider responsibility and context. The evidence supports management judgment; people make the decision.

FOLLOW THROUGH

Give the right people the context to act.

Managers use assigned-team evidence for support and coaching. Account managers work their own renewals, premium changes and rounding priorities. Authoritative policy, client and transaction work stays in the AMS.

The same agency, appropriate access

One agency context.
Different views for different responsibilities.

Shared sources and definitions connect the review to daily work. Each person sees the agency evidence their role allows.

OWNERS AND EXECUTIVES

Understand the whole agency.

Review financial, book and team performance together. Commission, payout and profitability analysis stays executive-only.

See the owner review →
DEPARTMENT MANAGERS

Understand the assigned team.

Review how assigned books retain and develop, with trends and responsibility in context. Use that evidence alongside workload and service quality when planning support.

See the team review →
ACCOUNT MANAGERS

Work from their own book.

My Book brings together own-book performance, renewal priorities and account-development evidence. Track New Business opportunities within the agreed role scope.

See My Book →

Access follows the agreed roles and book assignments. The review does not automatically assign work or turn a book metric into an employee score.

Alongside your systems

Your systems record the business.
Keelridge assembles the management view.

Book snapshots, posted financial results and plans tell different parts of the story, even when they live in one system. Keelridge compares them on their own terms, with source dates, definitions and assumptions attached.

Keelridge adds the management review and the evidence to investigate it.

Implementation and platform

Set up the review.
Keep it current.

We begin with your management questions, the evidence behind them and who needs the resulting context.

  • Map the first review.Agree the supported reports, financial classifications, book assignments and definitions. Validate the first period together.
  • Upload when reports are ready.Agency staff then operate the recurring uploads. Keelridge checks each supported file's shape, period, mappings and exceptions before a person confirms the update.
  • Keep the basis visible.Source periods and assumptions stay with the figures. Supported reports can be uploaded whenever available; a monthly review rhythm is not a product limit.

Practical questions

How this fits your agency.

We already have analytics in our AMS. What does Keelridge add?

Keep them. Keelridge sits above the individual reports: it brings financial, book and assigned-team evidence into one management review, keeps the basis behind each source visible, and lets management investigate the next question without rebuilding the report packet.

Will Keelridge work with our AMS and accounting reports?

We review your actual book-of-business export and income statements before accepting an agency into the pilot. Multiple AMS systems can be supported when the reports can be mapped and validated; an accounting format must also have a validated mapping. Your AMS may contain accounting, or you may use a separate system. This is a file-based workflow, not a universal live connector.

How does the management view stay current?

After setup, agency staff upload supported reports whenever they are available. Keelridge validates the files and a person confirms the update before reporting changes. Source periods remain visible. A monthly close is a common review rhythm, not an upload limit or a promise of automatic source updates.

What can we ask the Keelridge Assistant?

Ask supported questions about financial results, book performance and assigned-team evidence within your approved access. The Keelridge Assistant retrieves the relevant figures with their reporting period and evidence links. It investigates read-only. The public demo shows a notice instead of running analytical chat; you can evaluate the Assistant during an owner walkthrough.

Does the pilot include answers from our handbook or SOPs?

Document-grounded answers are not currently offered in the pilot. They require an approved corpus that is indexed and role-tested for your agency. Reference/Definitions is available separately for the metrics and operating rules used in the product.
